Chicken was great, sides all were terrible and we were charged for refills of soda. If we had been treated a bit better we would be return customers but that coupled with the charge for refills will keep us from coming back

WOW- MMMMMMMMMMMMMM. I think that says it all. They have a BBQ baked potato that is a meal in itself. Do it- you'll love it.

Fried chicken is always juicy and fresh. I would just stay away from the sides if I were you. The mashed potatoes tasted sour like it was rotten.

Funny enough, the best thing they have is actually the Kenny's BBQ they sell out of the same chicken place.

The chicken was okay and the staff were friendly, but the mash potatoes and gravy were horrible. They tasted like a pile of wet flour. The green beans were okay, but had no flavor what so ever. My Fiance said the blueberry cobbler wasn't all that great. I had the peach cobbler which was disgusting and tasted like I had just bit into a stick of butter. Maybe another location would be better, but this was my first and last experience with Maryland Fried Chicken.

I have driven by this place for years and been curious about it, so I finally decided to give it a shot. I ordered a two piece dark meal with two sides. I went through the drive-thru, so I only noticed after the fact that they'd given me a white/dark order. I don't know why it would be hard to decipher somebody ordering dark as opposed to white/dark, but apparently the cashier had had a problem with it, as it showed that way on my receipt as well. I didn't bother driving back to fix it. With the chicken, I got mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Those seemed like safe options that couldn't be messed up, but I was wrong. The cole slaw tasted like they'd used the dressing you'd use on potato salad, and the mashed potatoes had a combo sweet/sour taste that made me wonder how you could ever make potatoes and gravy so poorly? So their idea of how to make sides is WAY off from the norm and definitely inedible. I had to throw both sides away. As for the chicken, yes, it was juicy and flavorful. I guess I could go back sometime for just the chicken. Because of the gross sides and messed up order, I would like to bring it down to 2 1/2 stars. Since I can only rate in whole stars, I'm bringing it up to a three because the chicken really is good and worth trying.

Sometimes the chicken is cold and dry. And the fries are cold also. But the worst part is Customer Service. I went there about 2 weeks ago, I had to wait 40 minutes for my food because one of their employees decided to mess up everyone orders. Then there was this stupid woman mumbling because she didn't feel like working .

Worst I have ever been to and very different for any of the rest. 1st they don't take phone order but they take 20 mins to cook the food. Thenif you try to get the family meal that offers two large sides, you can get a large fry as a side because it comes as an extra charge. But it said any choice of large side.
